高硫高有机物型黑灰铝土矿溶出特性研究

摘    要:对具有代表性的高硫不含有机物、高硫并携带有机物的两种黑灰铝土矿溶出特性进行了研究,考察了它们在高压溶出过程中硫、有机物和氧化铝溶出率概况,以及溶出温度、碱浓度、石灰添加量等因素的影响,为开发黑灰铝土矿脱硫脱有机物净化技术,使其能直接用于拜耳系统提供了初始数据。

Abstract:It is a study of the digesing characteristic of two representative Black-grey Bauxite-with high sulphur and no TOC and with high sulphur and TOC.We observe and study the digesing rate of sulphur,TOC and aluminum oxide and the influence of reaction temperature,concentration of caustic soda and addition of lime in order to develop the technology of wiping off the sulphur and TOC.And the study provides the original data to help the technology used in Bayer process directly.
