立方晶系多晶体细观应力有限元分析

摘    要:为研究多晶体宏细观力学响应,针对立方晶系单晶体提出形式与Hill屈服准则相关联的形状改变比能;以此为屈服考察量,建立适用于立方晶系的单参数Hill屈服准则;用MSCMare对立方晶系多晶体进行细观应力有限元分析.d—Fe多晶体样本单向拉伸有限元分析表明:多晶体的拉伸应力在细观尺度下分布不再均匀;多晶体3个样本的最大细观拉伸应力与最小细观拉伸应力的比值,在弹性状态下的平均值为2.1,在塑性强化阶段处于1.15~1.28之间.

Abstract:To investigate the macroscopic and microscopic mechanics response of polycrystal, a formula for the specific energy of shape change on the cubic system monocrystal is derived which is corresponding to Hill yield criterion in form, a one-parameter Hill yield criterion for cubic system is established by taking the specific energy of shape change as the yield reference quantity, and the microscopic stress of the cubic system polycrystal is analyzed by MSC Marc. The uniaxial tension finite element analysis on the α-Fe polycrystal samples indicates that the distribution of the tension stress is no longer uniform in the microscopic scale; the average ratio of the maximum microscope tension stress to the minimum one in three polycrystal samples is 2.1 under the elastic state and is in the range of 1.15 to 1.28 at the plastic strengthen phase.
