摘    要:通过对油田套损井的分析,从套管损坏的影响因素、形态、规律和套变机理分析等研究中,提出预防与治理套损井措施,即制定合理开采方式减少油水井套损的发生,严格施工质量,减少人为诱发套损因素。针对不同的套损,研究、应用相应的修套工艺技术,其中,高强度套管补贴技术特别适合于套管外压力较大和需要各类高压施工作业的套损井。

Abstract:Measures for casing failure prevention and treatment are proposed through study of the influence factors, shapes, law and mechanism of the failures, ie. to use rational recovery mode to reduce the occurrence of casing failure, and to control strictly the operation quality to reduce the failures due to artificial reasons. Corresponding casing repair techniques are studied and applied as per different cases. Among which, the high strength casing patch technique is especially suitable to those with higher outer casing pressure and requiring high pressure operation.
