淮南采煤沉陷区蓄洪除涝潜力分析

摘    要:以淮南采煤沉陷区为研究对象,借助ArcGIS软件平台及ArcSWAT模块预测了研究区2020年、2030年的沉陷、集水范围与面积。在划分沉陷区集水范围的基础上,分别计算区域内3个主要沉陷区不同频率的暴雨产流量,分析了沉陷区的蓄涝能力。研究结果表明:合理利用沉陷区蓄水能力,对当地未来蓄洪除涝作用显著,能有效缓解当地的洪涝压力。

Abstract:By taking Huainan Coal-mining Subsidence Area as a study objective,the subsidences,water-collecting scopes and areas of 2020 and 2030 within the study area are predicted herein with ArcGIS software platform and ArcSWAT prediction module. On the basis of zoning the water-collecting scopes in the subsidence area,the storm-runoff yields with different frequencies in three main subsidence-zones in the area are respectively calculated along with the analysis made on the water-logging retention capacity therein. The study result shows that the effect is quite significant to utilize the water storage capacity of the subsidence area for the local flood storage and water logging control in the days to come,and then the pressures from flood and water logging can be effectively alleviated.
