摘    要:用阳极溶出伏安法对白酒中铅、锰、镉、锌、铜、汞等重金属元素进行测定,建立了白酒中铅、锰检测方法,并对宣酒集团酒样进行检测。此方法检测白酒中铅、锰的RSD分别为2.12%~3.61%和1.36%~3.49%,回收率分别为83.0%~95.3%和86.0%~97.5%。此方法前处理简单,准确性、重复性较好。

Abstract:Heavy metals in liquor were detected according to principle stripping voltammetry and the method was established to detect the lead, manganese in liquor, it was used to detect the two elements in Xuanjiu, Using the method to measure the two elements in liquor samples, the relative standard deviation were 2.12%-3.61% and 1.36%-3.49% respectively, the recovery were 83%-95.3% and 86.0% ~97.5%.The methods were precise, accurate and convenient.
