基于UG二次开发技术的麻花钻参数化设计

摘    要:根据麻花钻的钻刃曲线方程及麻花钻后刀面锥面刃磨法成形的相关参数,利用UG软件表达式功能建立其实体模型。采用VC++对UG进行二次开发,实现麻花钻的参数化设计,达到对麻花钻进行参数化设计及自动造型的目的,为麻花钻进行几何设计、制造、切削性能分析和对钻削过程进行仿真研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Based on the equations of drill edge curve and related parameters of the rear face forming using cone grind- ing method, this article introduces the 3D solid modeling method of twist drill according to the expression function in uni- graphics software. The parameterized designing is developed by developing UG secondarily using Visual C + + and realized the parameterized controlling and automatic modeling for twist drill. It is the basis of simulation studies to carry out geomet- ric design, manufacture, analysis on machinability and drilling process.
