电弧喷涂防腐在污水处理钢制设备中的应用研究

摘    要:采用电弧喷涂技术在Q235钢基体上制备了锌、铝防腐涂层样片,并用样片在城镇污水中进行了半年的腐蚀模拟试验。试验结果显示:环氧封闭处理的锌涂层与铝涂层表面几乎不发生变化,涂层与基体的结合力不变;而不经封闭处理的铝涂层样片产生白色析出物,锌涂层样片能起到阴极保护作用,但腐蚀速率较快。

Abstract:Zinc and aluminum anticorrosion coating sample were sprayed on Q235 steel by arc spraying; the coating sample was tested in the city's wastewater for half a year. The result showed that there was little change on the sealing coats, and the substrate binding force is invariable. Oppositly, the white separation was caused on un-sealed aluminum coats ,and the un-sealed Zn coating can play a role of the cathodic protection ,but the corrosion rate is more fast.
