葡萄酒稳定性的电导率测量法

摘    要:通过测量葡萄酒在加入 K H T晶体前后电导率的系列值。寻求电导率变化与葡萄酒稳定性之间的关系。论证该法在测定葡萄酒稳定性方面的合理性。对不同测量方法的优缺点等问题,本文亦进行了讨论。

Abstract:Relationship between changing ratio of conductivity of wine solution and its stability was researched by application of conductometric method to six kind of wine samples.It was confirmed that stable wine was characterized with its stable conductivity.The method could be used in routine analysis in winery with rapid analytical speed and accurate results.
