| 摘 要： | 随着旅游业的发展,景区景点的特色旅游发展迅速,景区景点导游管理方式对景区发展的作用也越来越重要。通过问卷调查及访谈研究,对云南民族村景区景点导游管理现状进行了分析,发现存在导游的薪酬结构不合理、劳动合同制度不规范、保险福利落实不到位、导游激励机制作用有效性较差、导游绩效管理体系不完善等问题,建议从加强导游培训和管理、建立合理的激励机制等方面加以改善。
