摘    要:提出一种新型滚动轴承——深穴滚动体轴承。有限元分析表明这种新型轴承有和对数曲面滚子轴承一样的优越性能——能避免滚动体两端的边界应力集中,即可克服“边缘效应”。与对数曲面滚子轴承相比,这种深穴滚子轴承还具有其它良好的性能,如材料省、重量轻,减少了外圈所受的离心力和对加工精度不敏感等。因此,这种新型轴承有望成为工程中的一种具有良好应用前景的高承载能力长寿命的轴承。

Abstract:A novel roller bearing-deep cavity roller bearing is proposed in this paper. The simulations of finite element indicate that the novel roller bearing possesses superior performance as the logarithmic profile roller bearing does, which eliminate the sharp edge stresses at two apexes of the roller. Moreover, comparison with the logarithmic profile roller bearing, the bearing has some favourable advantages such as saving material, reducing weight, decreasing the centrifugal forces acted on the outer race and not being sensitive to the manufacturing errors. So the novel roller bearing will possibly be a promising and preferable bearing in engineering with high load carrying capacity and long life in the future.
