| 摘 要： | 文章就锡林和盖板间的梳理作用;双区盖板和金属针布盖板;刺辊分梳板和锡林前后固定盖板、锡林与道夫间纤维转移;传统道夫机构的缺陷及其改进;锡林及刺辊的梳理作用与高产量的关系等问题,进行了全面系统地论述,加深了人们对梳理过程的深刻理解。

| Abstract: | Carding theory of high production carding machines is further discussed from the carding function between cylinder and flat,two-zone flat and metallic card cloth flat,fiber transfer between taker-in segment,stationary flats at the front and back of the cylinder and doffer,shortage and improvement of traditional doffer mechanism,the relationship between carding function of each taker-in and production of the machine. |
