生产报表系统在气田的应用与提高

生产报表系统是采气厂为生产板块设计的中端应用生产信息系统,实现了井站生产数据自动采集、厂级范围内的生产数据共享,为气田开发管理和科研工作提供依据.分析了报表系统不同时期的特点及改进优化措施,并依靠气田配套的SCADA数据采集系统、PI实时数据库系统和Oracle关系数据库系统,最终实现前端与中端数据的无缝对接与综合应用.实践应用表明,生产报表系统为气田数据管理与应用提供了高效的生产数据管理平台,降低了一线劳动强度,能更好的服务于气田开发与管理.

Application and Improvement of Production Reporting System for Natural Gas Plan

Production reporting system is a mid-range production information system designed for Natural Gas plant production information management section.It is aimed for production information auto collecting from each wells and stations,for data sharing within gas plant range,as welt as for supporting study and management activities on gas field level.This paper an- alyzes the characteristics about the reporting system on different development period;shows improvement solutions about Data Acquisition and storage system （SCADA,PI,Oracle）;and finally achieved the data integrated utilization.As per the re- sults of best practice,the production reporting system provides a high efficiency platform for gas field data management and application,effectively reduces front-end manpower work loading,better services for gas field development.
