| 摘 要： | 伴随着城市产业结构“退二进三”的战略转变以及由此产生的城市用地结构的调整,大量的工业建筑被废弃、闲置。如何看待和再利用这些城市“遗产”,是目前众多城市建设面临的重大课题。从生态学的角度,探析旧工业建筑再生利用的生态、社会文化及其经济价值。
