| 摘 要： | 职业期望是劳动者对职业的态度倾向。辅导员具有年轻、待遇低等特点,期望获得学习和培训机会,并能在职业上有不同的发展。为此,依据职业期望,有针对性地做好高校辅导员职业规划,对建设一支合格有力的辅导员队伍具有重要意义。
