| 摘 要： | 采用新疆长绒棉纺制CJ 4.32 tex特细号纱,原棉配棉品级为1.33,纤维长度为37 mm.针对影响喷气织造效率和质量的原纱条干CV、单纱强力及单强CV等关键指标,运用系统工艺学原理,通过大量纺纱试验,在原料、工艺、设备等方面采取技术措施,保证了特细号纱的顺利生产及成纱质量的稳定提高.

| Abstract: | CJ 4.32 tex superfine count yarn is spinning with Xinjiang long-staple cotton, assorting grade of raw cotton is 1.33 and fiber length is 37 mm. According to key parameters which is influencing air-jet loom weaving efficiency yarn quality such as yarn evenness CV, single yarn strength and single strength CV, technology measures in materials, technology, equipment are adopted by much test and system technology, and production of superfine count yarn & enhancing of yarn quality is assured. |
