| 摘 要： | 刀具螺旋槽磨削已成为通用的成型方法，需要通用的数控加工程序。本文根据刀具螺旋槽成型的数学模型及磨削方法．详述其数控加工软件的编制步骤。以加工钻头螺旋槽为例．该数控程序已在WALTER五轴CNC联动磨床上运行通过。

| Abstract: | Grinding is an extensively used method for tool fluting. A general-purpose NC software for its machining is imperative. Based on the mathematical model of tool flute and its grinding method, the procedure of it NC programming is detailed in this paper. Effectiveness of this program is demonstrated by drill fluting on the WALTER 5-axis CNC machine. |
