| 摘 要： | 本文提出并构建了一种在OpenVXI平台上实现的基于VoiceXML技术的呼叫中心语音系统。该系统在语音卡上编程，为OpenVXI平台提供低层支持，实现了放音、呼叫、识别、录音等相关接口，完成了流程控制服务器，实现了用VoiceXML文档来控制呼叫中心语音流程的功能。系统在实验环境下的测试结果基本符合设计目标，进一步的优化和开发研究工作正在进行中。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a kind of Call Center of VoiceXML based on OpenVXI system is proposed and built,which programs on voice card,provides low layer support for OpenVXI,implements interfaces such as playing voice,calling out,speech recognition and recording,completes flow control server and the function of controlling Call Center voice flow by VoiceXML document.The testing result in laboratory basically fits for the design object,further optimization and research are in process. |
