| 摘 要： | 研究学分制下的学生教育管理体制，在当前全国高校已普遍实行学分制情况下具有重要的现实意义。本文从中国的国情出发，论述了学分制条件下班级制存在的必要性及斑级的作用；论述了学分制条件下应实行“双导制”，应加强学生社团建设，重视学生宿舍区管理，健全心理咨询组织；提出了构建适应学分制的，立体的，多维的、动态的学生教育管理体制的基本框架。
