| 摘 要： | 核电厂的应急行动水平是核电厂应急状态的分级依据。环境辐射监测数据在核电厂异常工况和事故情况下对于判断放射性释放水平有着重要作用。本文根据美国核能研究所(NEI)的技术文件并结合国内核电厂的情况,对环境辐射监测数据在应急行动水平制定中存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Emergency Action Level （EAL） are regarded as basis of accident classification scheme for nuclear power plant. During accident or event, the environmental radiation monitoring data of nuclear power plant plays an important role in determining the radioactivity release level. According to the United States of America NEI technical documents and combined with the domestic situation of nuclear power plants, some questions about the environmental radiation monitoring data for application in emergency action level are discussed. |
