摘    要:通过基液聚环氧乙烷环氧丙烷醚的合成和各组份筛选,研制了由聚醚基液、两种快速渗透剂、两种表面活性剂及一种脱水剂(泥饼压缩剂)组成的水基解卡剂WJK-1。在室内考察了WJK-1的各项有关性能:对水基 泥浆性能的影响,加入加重剂对解卡时间的影响,解卡剂的耐热性,泥浆含盐量的影响;与油基解卡剂相比,水基解卡剂在密度小于1.45g/cm^3泥浆中解卡较快,在密度大于1.45g/cm^3泥浆中解卡较慢。在一发生卡钻的井浆中(密度1.54g/cm^3)分别加入WJK-1和油基解卡剂,在室内用解卡仪测得解卡时间分别为196min和169min。WJK-1基本上无荧光。

Abstract:A water base stuck drill pipe releasing fluid, WJK 1, is prepared from a specially synthesized poly(ethylene oxide/propylene oxide) ether as base liquid, two penetrating agents, OT and JFC, two surfactants, OP 20 and Tween 60, and a selected cake dehydrating agent. The following properties are evaluated in laboratory: the effects of WJK 1 on the water base mud properties; the effect of weighting agent(barite) on the stuck pipe releasing; heat resistance of WJK 1 in mud; the behavior of WJK 1 in salt water muds of varying NaCl content. As compared with oil base one, water base fluid WJK 1 releases stuck pipe faster in the mud of density <1.45 g/cm 3 and slower in the mud of density >1.45 g/cm 3. In a drilling mud of density 1.54 g/cm 3 taken at the well site while drill pipe stuck, the freeing time of 196 and 169 min are determined by using a special releasing apparatus with water base(WJK 1) and oil base fluids added, respectively. WJK 1 is nonfluorescent.
