纳米TiO2粒子制备研究

摘    要:纳米级TiO2是目前国内外重点研究的纳米材料之一。本文对溶胶-凝胶法纳米TiO2粒子制备过程中的pH值和凝胶干燥条件进行了研究,采用X射线衍射仪对各种条件下获得的粒子进行衍射分析,并计算出各种条件下粒子的粒径,从而寻找出最佳的制备条件。

Abstract:At present, Nano TiO2 is one of the key research of nanmueter mterial at home and abroad. This paper studied on the preparation of nanometer TiO2 particles by sol-gel in the conditiun of pH value and gel dry. The parzicles which were acquired under various conditions were analysed by using the X-ray diffractometer. Then the best preparation conditions were found out by counting the sizes of the particles.
