超环面传动的新型结构及其齿形计算

摘    要:分析了超环面传动的结构及主要技术难点,提出了以圆柱内斜齿轮代替原结构中的环面内齿蜗轮的新型结构,从而降低了加工难度,提出了进行有关齿形计算了方法,其一是实现一种失配的点接触,即以原齿面的法截面齿形沿原齿面的齿线在径向的投影进行拓展所形成的新齿面,其二是沿原齿面某种曲线相切而产生的新齿莆,实现一种修整的线接触,最终形成等螺距斜齿,同时同一两种齿形及其齿面方程,分析了啮合状况,并给出了新型结构连续接触

Abstract:This paper presents a new improved type of toroidal drive. In the original mechanism of foe toroidal drive, the tooth surface of the stator is a helieal surface distributed in a inner toroidal, which is very hard to manufacture and maybe the point why toroidal drive is the most compact drive form but has not been used in application This paper presents a cylindrical internal gear with approximate helical tooth used to replace it.
