摘 要: | “互联网+”是当前的潮流所在,大势所趋。“互联网+”将给传统的智能交通管理带来冲击与改革、关键是模式改革,就是说,从传统的管理模式,变革为服务模式。智能交通是提升安全性、保证自由通行和减少环境影响的统一整体。为了实现这一目标将所有交通方式进行有效连接是非常重要的。

Abstract: | "Internet +" is the current trend, especially is the trend of the times. "Internet +" will bring the impact and reform to traditional intelligent traffic management, the key is the mode reform, that is to say, changing from the traditional management mode to service mode. Intelligent transportation is the unity of improving security, ensuring freedom and reducing environmental impact. In order to achieve this goal, it is important to make effective connections in all modes of transportation. |
