| 摘 要： | 设计并研制出重负荷往复式摩擦磨损试验机,介绍了该试验机的主要技术参数、工作原理及总体动态检测系统,描述了周期变化的摩擦力信号测量和处理方法。该检测系统在重负荷条件下的动态测量结果稳定,具有较好的重复性,可以满足重负荷往复摩擦磨损实验要求。

| Abstract: | A high-load and reciprocating friction and wear tester was developed,the main parameters,principle and its dynamic measuring system were introduced,the signal measurement of dynamic friction and the method of data processing were discussed.The measuring system can get stable data of dynamic measure and has a good repeatability under the condition of high load,it accords with the request of high-load and reciprocating friction and wear experiment. |
