摘    要:热轧平整机在轧制过程中通常遵循带钢轧制宽度从"宽到窄"原则,但目前安排精整作业计划时,不可能完全满足"从宽到窄"的轧辊使用原则,这样就造成了轧辊更换频率的增加。通过现场实践、论证,适时调整带钢宽度、厚度,提高了平整机工作辊的轧制周期。

Abstract:The hot-rolling smoothing engine in the rolling process has to follow out normally the rule of strip width from the wide to narrow,but then arranging finishing operation plan at present,it can not fully meet the roller using rule from wide to narrow,thus leads to the rollers replace frequently.Through field practice,demonstration,adjusting timely strip width,thickness,enhances the rolling cycle of smoothing engine working roller.
