| 摘 要： | 本文用离化原子团束工艺淀积 Sb 和 Pb 薄膜,系统研究了各淀积参数对薄膜晶粒取向度等结构特性的影响,并测定了 Pb 原子团束的原子团大小和离化率,讨论了薄膜结构的形成机理.

| Abstract: | The paper studies systematically the deposiion at Sb and Pb filmswith an ionized cluster beam set-up.The dependences of the orientationdegree of the grains in the film on the substrate temperature,the ionization cu-rrent and the acceleration voltage are described and the mechanism of filmsformation are disussed. |
