智能住宅对智能化物业管理的要求

人们的生活已经进入信息网络时代，智能住宅将成为未来房地产住宅市场一大发展趋势。其中，智能化的物业管理程度会直接影响小区的现代化运行。但是，目前我国多数智能小区的物业管理还停留在传统的物业管理模式上。本文通过分析智能住宅小区物业管理方面的特征，提出相对于传统的物业管理模式的智能住宅小区。在物业管理中的不同之处以及存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决方法。

Requirements of Intelligent Residential Buildings for Intelligent Property Management

As people＇s life has been ushered into the information network era, and intelligent residential buildings will become a major development trend in residential real estate market in future. The intelligent property management level of will exert direct influence on modem operation of residential quarters. However, currently property man- agement of most intelligent residential quarters in China still remains in the traditional property management mode. By analyzing property management characteristics of intel- ligent residential quarters, the article proposes the difference of property management in intelligent residential quarters compared with traditional property management modes and existing problems and provides corresponding solutions.
