| 摘 要： | 工业化住宅是住宅建设方式转变的必由之路。与传统的建设方式相比,工业化住宅在节约有限资源、提高生产效率方面有着显著的优势。分析了我国工业化住宅发展存在的问题,提出了今后一段时间内我国工业化住宅主要发展的方向。

| Abstract: | Industrialized housing is the only way for transformation of housing construction mode. Compared with traditional construction modes,industrialized housing has obvious advantages in saving limited resources and raising production efficiency. The article analyzes the problems in the development of China's industrialized housing,and points out the main direction for development of China's industrialized housing for some time to come. |
