摘    要:为了构建以Intel XscaleR270处理器为基础的一个嵌入式应用系统的电源管理方案,分析了包括CPU在内的各个功能模块的电压和功率需求,以及处理器的各供电域的上电复位时序要求,结合各种电压调节器的优缺点,并简化处理了CPU的电源管理信号的运用.实现了一种低成本的分立单独的电压稳压器的系统电压管理方案,同时可满足基本的上电时序要求.采用滞回,充电管理芯片和受控开关共同完成对锂电池和外电的管理.

Abstract:To design the power management scheme of an embedded application system based on intel Xscale 270 micro processor.,we have analyzed the voltage and power requirement of every function module including CPU module.We also investigated the power-on reset time sequence of various power modules of the micro processor.Taking into accout the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of voltage regulator and reducing the complexity of cpu power management signal processing,we have implemented a system voltage managemeng strategy of using discrete voltage regulators.It also meet the general power-on time sequence requirement.Votage monitor with adjustable hysteresis,charger IC and controlled-switch are used to manage the battery and AC adapter.
