| 摘 要： | 在分析我国建设企业集团的组织结构形式、管控模式以及管理模式转型的基础上,结合国外典型的大型建设企业集团的管理模式的先进经验,指出了我国建设企业集团面临的问题.提出了建设企业集团管理模式创新.并从信息化技术方面详细分析了我国建设企业集团管理创新的实现手段.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing organization structure, management and controlling model and management transformation of construction enterprise group in China, and learning form advanced experience of typical large construction enterprise group abroad, the problems of construction enterprise groups were pointed out,and management innovation was also proposed. Finally, the information technical means to realize management innovation was analyzed. |
