微机控制PWM直流调速系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了PWM实现直流电机调整的基本方法。本文在给出直流电机调整和PWM实现方法的基础上。提供一种用单片机软件实现PWM高速的方法,以及直流电机高速的相关知识和PWM高速的基本原理和实现方法,重点介绍了基于MCS-51单片机用软件产生PWM信号的途径,并介绍了一种独特的通过采用计数加软件延时实现PWM信号调节的方法。为采用纯软件对电机速度的平滑调节提供了一种不错的解决方案,经过在“油辊电机控制系统”中的实际应用证明,能够取得满意的效果。

Abstract:The paper introduces a basic kind of method of DC-motor speed modification based on PWM theory. Showing some relative knowledge upon DC motor speed modification, the PWM theory and the way to implement. It emphasizes on the way for carrying out PWM signals based on MCS-51. This paper still provides a method for modifying the speed of DC motor by way of taking count of data and time delay by software. It offers a sort of efficient method for the DC motor speed-controlling system by using software. It is proved to have very good effect in the practical application of the "Finish Roll Electric Machine Controling system".
