摘    要:针对某车型在试验过程中出现的发动机安装位置强度不足引起的破裂问题,提出几种改进方案.为了获得最佳的方案,采用有限元方法,分别运用Hypermesh.NX/Nastran,Hypeview等软件进行CAE仿真分析,并研究改进后破裂处在各种工况下的参数.为类似问题的解决提供一种参考.

Abstract:Aimed at vehicle engine fixing point cracking during testing caused by short strength, some improvement solutions are presented in the contest. To obtain the best solution, CAE analysis by Hyperworks and Nastran is performed using FEM method. And the parameters at the cracking position on various conditions are studied after improving, which offers a referenced solution for similar problems.
