| 摘 要： | 目前,既有住宅建筑节能改造已经成为我国城市建设工作中关注的焦点问题之一。从现有既有住宅节能改造技术分析入手,简要阐述既有建筑节能改造中涉及的墙体、屋面、门窗等方面改造的必要性。并针对地区的特点,从节能材料的选用、改造方式上,探讨适合东北严寒地区既有住宅节能改造技术性措施的发展方向。
