阳极氧化钛纳米管阵列自组织过程研究

摘    要:通过对阳极氧化钛纳米管阵列形成过程中电流变化的监测、对相关文献资料的归纳整理及对等效电路的分析,进一步探讨氧化钛纳米管阵列的自组织过程原理,并提出以体膨胀应力模型解释氧化钛纳米管阵列的自组织形成。

Abstract:At present,the self-assemble process theory of the titania nanotube arrays was further investigated by means of monitoring electric current variation in the formation processing of titania nanoube arrays,summarizing the interrelated document about the fabrication of titania nanotube arrays and analyzing the equivalent circuit of anodic oxidation.And an idea was put forward that the cubical dilatation stress model can be used for the self-assemble formation of the titania nanotube arrays.
