一种新颖的注塑模具内缩机构设计

摘    要:针对具有整圆内侧倒扣特征的注塑件,设计了一种新颖的注塑模内缩机构。该机构的设计关键在于型芯的拆分及拆分后各零件运动的先后性或主从性。该注塑模内缩机构可适用于同类注塑件的模具设计,包括内壁侧凸的注塑件。Pro/M echan ism模拟仿真表明,该模具内缩脱模机构动作准确、可靠。

Abstract:A novel internal core pulling mechanism of injection mould is designed for the part with internal full circle undercut.The core splitting and its operation sequence are the key points of this novel design.This novel design can be also applied for the similar part,including which with internal outstanding undercut.The mechanism is proved to be feasible and accurate by the simulatively investigating with Pro/Mechanism.
