摘    要:实验室及工业生产上用水媒法制备羧甲基纤维素的最佳工艺条件为:原料配比(质量比)为棉花∶氯乙酸∶30% NaOH= 5∶6∶26,常温常压,反应约2 h。生产的羧甲基纤维素产品取代度高达0.8~2.2,粘度可达1 Pa·s~3 Pa·s,且水溶性好而迅速。

Abstract:The optimum conditions for preparation of carboxymethyl cellulose with water medium method in laboratory and industry are: matter ratio of raw materials cotton fiber∶ ClCH 2COOH∶30%NaOH=5∶6∶26, reaction about 2 h at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure. The substitution rate of the carboxymethyl cellulose is as high as 0.8~2.2, its viscosity is as high as 1 Pa·s~3 Pa·s and it dissolves quickly and well.
