| 摘 要： | 研究了计算机仿真在分析板料多道次拉深成复杂零件过程中的作用 ,针对数值模拟过程中的一些关键技术 ,如工件几何建模、有限元网格划分、边界条件的确定做了详细阐述 ,探讨了多道次拉深成形数值模拟的一般过程 ,并举出了轿车门内板模拟件两道次拉深过程仿真的成功算例

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the effect of computer simulation in the analysis of sheet multi\|step forming process,and explained the key technologies in numerical simulation process such as part geometrical modeling,FEM meshing,selecting of boundary conditions and so on. The numerical simulation flow of multi\|step forming process was illuminated too.At last a successful example of the simulation of auto inner door was presented. |
