节能环保型重油乳化技术的研究开发

摘    要:以不同种类的乳化剂复配制成节能环保型乳化剂,考察了不同条件对重油乳化效果的影响。结果表明:加水量为15%,乳化剂的加入量为0.5%,乳化温度80℃,乳化时间30 min为较佳乳化条件,所得乳化重油稳定性好、热值高,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Energy-saving environment friendly emulsifier was made by mixing and formulating numerous kinds of emulsifiers,and the influences of process conditions on emulsification efficiency were investigated.The results showed that optimization process conditions involving amount of water addition by 15%,amount of emulsifier addition by 0.5%,emulsification temperature at 80℃,emulsification time for 30min.The emulsified heavy oil with high stability and heat value was obtained under the optimization emulsification conditions,which has good application prospect.
