正交设计法优化磷光体SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+的制备工艺

摘    要:为了探讨SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+磷光体的最佳制备工艺,利用正交设计法对合成条件进行了优化,以初始亮度和余辉时间为指标,考察煅烧温度、尿素与硝酸盐的质量比、硼酸的物质的量分数、镝与铕物质的量比对制备工艺的影响。结果表明:最佳制备工艺是煅烧温度600℃,尿素质量等于硝酸盐质量的2倍,硼酸的物质的量分数为0.08,镝与铕的物质的量比为1.0。

Abstract:In order to study the optimal preparation technology of SrAl2O4 : Eu^2+, Dy^3+ phosphor, the synthesis conditions are optimized by using orthogonal design method. With initial brightness and afterglow time as indexes,the effects of calcining heat, mass ratio of urea and nitrate, boric acid mole fraction, mol ratio of Dy and Eu on the preparation technology are discussed. The results indicated that the optimal preparation technology is as follows : calcine temperature is 600 ℃, mass ratio of urea and nitrate is 2.0, boric acid mole fraction is 0.08, mol ratio of Dy and Eu is 1.0.
