| 摘 要： | 厦门市工人体育馆高168 m,其屋面四边外挑.主体施工完成后,屋面设计变更,使屋面悬挑长度增加.以设计变更前悬挑施工脚手架及已完工的大悬挑钢架为基础悬挑搭设施工架,安装变更的悬挑钢结构及装饰面,并在原操作平台的基础上加大操作平台面积,最终圆满完成施工.
