| 摘 要： | 对天津石化PTA装置的脱盐水(D IW)系统和新鲜水系统的现状进行了分析。通过用蒸汽凝液替代D IW,母液闪蒸蒸汽凝液回用,提高进料固含量等方法对D IW系统进行了优化。并对精制单元和氧化单元新鲜水回用进行了优化。

| Abstract: | The present situations of desalting water system and fresh water system in PTA plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Company were analysed.By using the steam condensate liquid to replace DIW,reusing the mother liquor flash steam condensate liquid,increasing the feed solid hold up,the desalting water system was optimized.The fresh water reuse in refining unit and oxidation unit was optimized. |
