| 摘 要： | 衢州时代广场工程地下室防水要求较高,施工中主要采用WG-HEA抗裂防水剂和粉煤灰双掺技术,以钢筋混凝土结构自防水为主,辅以在混凝土迎水面附加一道1.0 mm厚水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料层,并在后浇带和施工缝等特殊部位采取了防水措施,防水效果显著。
