| 摘 要： | 分析了干膜用PET薄膜偏移的原因是由于BOPET"弓曲现象"或BOPET在TDO内拉偏并提出了解决的方法。通过降低TDO定型温度和调宽TDO冷却段轨道宽度减小弓曲量,检查、维修TDO宽度调整丝杠避免拉偏。

| Abstract: | The offset reasons of dry lamination film used PET film were analysed.The reasons are the BOPET bowing phenomenon and the drawing offset when TDO.The solutions such as through decreasing the TDO setting temperature,adjusting the width of the TDO cooling segment track to reduce the bowing amount,by checking and repairing the TDO width adjustment lead screw to aviod drawing shift were put forward. |
