| 摘 要： | 公共租赁房是当前我国提出的一项针对中低收入者的住房保障计划.由于融资梁道狭窄,且受政府对政资金的约束,其建设推广面临极大障碍.从廉租住房PPP融资模式的经验借鉴出发,探讨公共租赁房PPP模式运作流程,并分析该模式下的定价机制及其保障措施.

| Abstract: | Public rental housing is a protection scheme putting forward for the low-income currently in China.But its promoting and building face great obstacles because of the constraints of financial resources of government.The paper starts with reference of PPP financing model in low-rent housing,discusses the operation process of public rental housing under PPP model,and analyzes the pricing mechanism and its safeguards of the model. |
