超声波流量计测试大型低扬程泵站流量的模型试验

摘    要:针对大型低扬程泵站进水流道断面形状及流态变化复杂,难以选择时差式超声波流量计测流断面的实际情况,提出可通过对进水流道进行数值模拟来确定并优化超声波流量计换能器的安装位置,并对换能器的安装对数进行优化.结合南水北调东线工程宝应泵站水泵装置模型试验,对两款时差式超声波流量计与高精度水力机械试验台流量测试设备进行了对比测试.结果表明,两款流量计最大相对误差分别为1.60%和0.39%,均具有较高的测试精度,稳定性也较好,能满足泵站现场测试的精度要求.

Abstract:Because of the complex cross-section and flow pattern in the inlet passage of the large-scale and low-lift pumping station,it is difficult to select the reasonable section for discharge measurement.In this paper,we propose to determine the transducer installation section for ultrasonic flowmeter and to optimize the pairs of installed transducers through 3-dimensional turbulent numerical simulation of the inlet passage.Combined with pump system model test for Baoying pumping station of East Route of South-to...
