| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨"一五"时期建设的工人新村具有显著的历史及文化特征,随着社会发展的转型,经过几十年岁月洗礼的工人新村已呈现出破败的景象,面临全面更新的社会需求。本文在调研哈尔滨工人新村现状的基础上,分析其在更新中亟待解决的问题和面临的机遇,尝试提出适当的更新发展目标及策略。

| Abstract: | The industrial residential districts in Harbin generated during the first five-year plan in China have special historic and cultural characteristics. After decades of years, the industrial residential districts have declined. With the social development and transition, the districts are facing a new social demand. Based on the investigation on the current situation of the industrial residential districts in Harbin, the article makes a detailed analysis on the problems to be solved urgently and the opportunities they are facing in the renewal, and further puts forward the strategies suitable for Harbin. |
