摘    要:建立了辊道窑烧成带的三维物理模型,借助计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT6.0模拟烧成带的工况,研究烧嘴流速对烧成带内温度分布的影响,为辊道窑的运行提供了有益的参考,也为烧嘴研制的基础性工作提供理论支持。

Abstract:Three dimension model for the firing zone of roller kilnis establishedand using fluent 6.0 software to simulate the wording condition of firing zone research the influence on the distribution of flow field and temperature in firing zone, in order to find out the beneficial reference for the running of roller kiln and also supply some theory sustenance for ground research work of burners.
