| 摘 要： | 在国家"十一五"规划纲要提出节能减排的要求后,在全国范围内掀起新一轮发展清洁能源的热潮,风电项目也出现一拥而上的现象。为了规范风电产业的发展,利用AHP(层次分析)法将华北地区的风电发展布局划分为两级区域并加以评价,为区域风电项目的发展提供依据。
