湖北省松滋市农村沼气社会化服务体系调研及仿真研究

摘    要:在对湖北省松滋市进行农村沼气社会化服务体系调研基础上,分析当地服务体系建设成熟经验及好的做法。基于调研数据,利用系统动力学对沙道观镇、八宝镇、南海镇3个样本地农村沼气服务市场中服务人员配置情况进行仿真,并尝试对后续服务协议推广的可行性做出评价,最后结合排队理论对样本地服务人员培训机制提出建议。通过调研及分析发现,服务体系能够适应当地沼气服务实际需求,并能根据实际环境加以改进,其中心站点及沼气服务协议等做法均行之有效,值得其他地区借鉴。

Abstract:This paper analysis the ripe experience of local service system and good practices in Songzi city.Based on the data of investigation,system dynamics was used on the simulation of stuff distribution in the local biomass service system in three towns(Shadaoguan,Babao and Nanhai) and some evaluation were tried for the feasibility of promoting follow-up service agreement,and finally proposed some suggests for the service personnel training mechanism,with use of quening theory.The social service system could meet to local biogas actual demand and it could adapt to the actual environment effectively were found through the research and analysis.Its central site and biogas service agreement were effective,so the Songzi city has made a good sample for other regions.
