基于OPC组态王与CAN总线的数据通信

摘    要:介绍了OPC技术的使用背景及应用现状,并结合煤矿井下瓦斯监测监控系统的应用实例,详细介绍了ZLGOPCSERVER在基于组态王的上位机与CAN总线数据通信中的使用。OPC在实际运行中实现了对数据的实时读写,提高了控制系统的通信效率和控制可靠性。

Abstract:This paper introduces a background and a current using situation of OPC technology. Combining the practical application of the underground methane overseeing-control system, it also introduces the function of data communication of ZLG OPC SERVER between the master computer which based on the kingview and CAN bus in detail. While operating actually, ZLG OPC SERVER achieved the effect of date reading and writing in real time, as well as the improvement of the communication efficiency and reliability of the control system.
